  18. Any  stanard (E)-IDE HD.  2.5" preferably but you can  crowbar  a

  23. Yes,  *HOWEVER* there are some drives that will NOT  cold  boot,
  24. ie the spin-up time is too long and will miss the boot, you  will
  25. just  get  the "Amiga checkmark/insert disk animation", and  then
  26. you need to soft-reset.  If  you are like me and just want to get
  27. hold of a dirt cheap  components from  PC retailers then you will
  28. have to find one that  will  let you  test  your drives,
  29. (alternatively if it  does`nt  work  just take  it back and say it 
  30. is "incompatible" with your DX4 etc  etc and that you have tried 
  31. everything to get it to work but to no avail ;)

  39. Sorry  did have one but sold it ages ago. Try the 3. 5"  Quantums
  40. they are exceptionally good drives.
